We are gonna need DAVE and BOB for this mod. This is beacause the CAK has three different programs in it: BOB, DAVE and TERRY.
When the CAK is installed we have to launch it but it must be done through the Steam Library and not from the desktop icon. Usually modders use PFM or RPFM to edit the database of the game but for this file it is necessary to use the 'Total War Warhammer 2 - Assembly Kit' (CAK from now), this is a tool that everyone has in their Steam Library so the first step is to install it. In order to make this mod we need to edit the start_pos file so it will make this mode incompatible with any other mod that modifies this same file. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING AT LEAST ONCE BEFORE STARTING TO MAKE THE MOD. Be clear that I am not an expert but I will do my best so everyone can understand how to make this mod. I'll explain the process like if you knew nothing about modding.
